Cancellation Policy
Appointments that are canceled without being rescheduled within a 24 hour window of your appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the service booked. There is a 0 tolerance policy for no call no shows, and not showing up without warning to your booking will result in being charged 50% of the service booked.
